1.1 If you wish to cancel your order:

• you can notify us by using our Contact Form before we have dispatched the goods to you

• where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below.

1.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

1.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

1.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.3 will not apply in the following circumstances:

• in the event that the product has been used.

• to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you

• to all International shipments beyond Canada or the United States

• The provisions of this clause 1.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

1.5 All International shipments beyond Canada or the United States are non refundable and are sold as is.

1.6 Prices charged for shipping are for shipping only and for international customers do not include any additional services, duties or fees charged by customs, brokerage or shipping companies.

1.7 Sale Items

• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

1.8 Non-returnable items

• ​Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

1.9 Fees

• A restocking fee of 15% may apply on certain items.
